A non-profit organization whose primary focus is to better develop hockey players through a low cost method of off ice training.
Promote the sport of hockey to children regardless of demographic, fitness level, or financial status through specializing in key fitness, balance, and flexibility techniques of off-ice hockey training centered around a blend of international training methods including Russian and North American dryland instruction. The result will be to involve more children in the game of hockey, improve overall fitness, increase self-confidence and leadership, and provide a welcoming environment for children to develop essential hockey skills regardless of their access to an ice rink.
“We cultivate these qualities in our athletes off of the ice using the proven principles of Russian dryland training coupled with North American science and technology to create superior hockey players.”
