IDA OFF ICE TRAINING MODEL

  • Physical Evaluation / Corrective Exercises

    • Athletes will be evaluated and given corrective exercises to help balance their body.

  • Strength, Power & Dynamic Movements

    • Once the athletes musculature system is better balanced and more mobile, we can start to develop more muscle mass and introduce compound exercises.

  • Speed, Plyometrics, & Advanced Hockey Skills

    • With a stronger frame we now have a platform from which we can start to build explosive speed. We also introduce more challenging movements, at increased speeds, and under duress to build agility and hand/eye coordination.
